Since the inception, our group has undertaken a large quantity of construction management work of government-invested projects. The project is mainly managed by construction owners and agent owners. Main construction projects have the following statuses:
1. Construction projects undertaken by our company serving as a construction owner:
a. Water environment improvement project in the central area of Chengdu: which is composed of the improvement of 230 small and medium streets and 29 river channels, new construction of 3 sewage treatment plants as well as rain and sewage diversion of 7171 confluent drainage units, with the total investment of RMB 6 billion. Construction time: 2003-2005
b. Standardized construction project of rural primary and secondary schools in Chengdu: which refers to 410 newly constructed, reconstructed and expanded schools in fourteen districts (cities) and counties of Chengdu City, with the total construction and transformation area of 1,850,000m2 and the total investment of RMB 1 billion. Construction time: Dec.2004-July 2007
c. Branch construction of Chengdu Technician College: which built nine technician branches in three-circle districts (cities) and counties (containing Qingbaijiang District), with the total building area of about 225,000m2 and the total investment of RMB 450 million. Construction time: Dec.2007-Aug.2008
d. “Two Fields & One Station & One Institute” project: the phase-I project includes ten farmers’ markets in Ximian Bridge, Tourist Village, Laoma Road, Sichuan Cotton Factory, Guangming Factory, Xiaojia Village, White Horse Temple, Nanxun Lane, Wangjia Lane and Liulichang, with the total building area of 83,200m2 and the total investment of about RMB 490 million. Construction time: 2005-2006; the phase-II project includes three projects, namely City Blog·VC Era, City Blog·C City and City Blog·Sunshine which are respectively located in the first, second and third rings of Chengdu, with the total building area of 106,500m2 and the total investment of RMB 550 million. Construction time: 2008-2011
e. Post-disaster reconstruction project in severely afflicted areas of primary and secondary schools of Chengdu: which refers to four districts (cities) and counties, namely Dujiangyan, Pengzhou, Chongzhou and Dayi, and constructed 128 schools, with the total building area of 951,000m2 and the total investment of about RMB 2.2 billion. Construction time: Dec.2008-Aug.2009
f. Post-disaster reconstruction project of Chengdu Health Center: which refers to 5 districts (cities) and counties, namely Dujiangyan, Pengzhou, Chongzhou, Dayi and Qionglai, and constructed 60 health centers, with the total building area of RMB 67,600m2 and the total investment of about RMB 227 million. Construction time: Dec.2008-Nov.2009
g. Post-disaster reconstruction project in severely afflicted areas of primary and secondary schools of Chengdu: which refers to 4 districts (cities) and counties, namely Qionglai, Qingbaijiang, Xinjin and Pujiang, and constructed 23 schools, with the building area of 330,000m2 and the total investment of about RMB 746 million. Construction time: Feb.2009-June 2010
h. Post-disaster reconstruction project of Chengdu Local Police Station: which refers to 9 districts (cities) and counties, namely Dujiangyan, Pengzhou, Chongzhou, Dayi, Qionglai, Pujiang, Xinjin, Qingbaijiang and Jintang, and constructed 94 local police stations, with the building area of 68,100m2 and the total investment of about RMB 250 million. Construction time: June 2009-April 2010
i. Post-disaster reconstruction project of Dujiangyan Branch of Chengdu Technician College: the total building area: about 22,000m2; the total investment: RMB 990 billion; construction time: April 2010-Dec.2010
j. Road drainage project of Huangjin Road: which is located in Huangjin Road, Jinniu District, newly constructed a 40m-wide & 1,778m-long road and 4 bridges, and laid 4,181m D300-D1600 rainwater pipe networks, 2,679m D400-D1600 sewage pipe networks and 4,267m D300-D600 water supply networks, with the total investment of RMB 105.78 million. Construction time: 2011-2015
k. External supporting project for sewage treatment plants newly constructed in Chengdu: the pipeline is started from the first and second sewage treatment plants of Chengdu City to the north, laid to the Belt Expressway section southward along Fu River, crossed Xinchengren Road to the east, and then reached the newly constructed sewage treatment plant, with the total length of pipelines (with different diameters) reaching 33.56km and the total investment of RMB 954 million. Construction time: Oct.2012-Dec.2013
l. School building safety engineering project in Jintang County: the project includes a reinforced part and a newly constructed part, which reinforced 13 schools with the building area of 28,000m2; newly built 6 schools with the total building area of 5,200m2 and the total investment of RMB 53 million. Construction time: Nov.2015-Dec.2016
2. Construction projects undertaken by our company serving as an agent owner:
a. General institute project of Chengdu Technician College: which is constructed in Pixian County, with the total building area of 118,000m2 and the total investment of about 390 million. Construction time: Jan.2008-Aug.2009
b. Project of Chengdu Disaster Preparation & Assistance Center and Emergency Rescue Simulated Practice Base: which is constructed in Jiujiang Town, Shuangliu County, with the total building area of about 19,000m2 and the total investment of about RMB 100 million. Construction time: Dec.2011-May 2013
c. “4.20” Lushan Earthquake post-disaster housing reconstruction project of Qionglai: which is constructed in Jiaguan Town and Tiantaishan Town of Qionglai City, totally 10 relocation sites, with the total building area of about 465,000m2 and the total investment of about RMB 953 million. Construction time: Nov.2013-Dec.2015
